Elana-contest entry

This is for inuyasha666hiei's character contest. I finally got it inked and and colored. This is her character Elana. Elana is an element girl and her wings are supposed to be made of fire, wind, ice, and leaves. I'm not good with wings and wasn't really sure how I was going to do them. So I decided to give her faerie type wings that were composed of each element. The top half (since I'm not good at ice) have the leaves and some colors that reminded me of the icy northern seas. It's supposed to look like the icy waves tossing about in her wings with a seafoam green around the edges with a white lining that is supposed to be like whitecaps, or sea spray. Whichever you prefer. The bottom set (of which only one is visible) has the fire element surrounded by blue sky and lined with white wispy clouds. That being said I think she turned out well and with minimal deviations from the original.
